Appearances

As one reader pointed out, this doesn't look good for an institution entrusted with a new tax to build a mutli-million dollar facility. Although personnel dust ups from time to time are common in public agencies. A follow up will come Sat. There obviously is more to the story that probably we'll ever get. Sounds like there's been some concern that Macy-Mills was in trouble for firing the CFO.

Looks to me as they used the CFO to get the sales tax passed and then boom the day after the city commission finalizes it all they let the CFO go. So tell me where are the cost cutting measures if they will have to bring in a new CFO? They have a staff acct doing the work of the CFO????? This is crap. And yet we wonder why people have NO FAITH in their hospital this is why. I bet this was planned all along.

AND....if they have to cut budgets and have lay offs how in the world are they going to pay for the new hospital?
