I am willing to accept Mr. Obama as our president, thinking he would hold true to his world. Well now looking at the names he has on his list of potential cabinet members how come I do not see any republicans? Didn't he pledge to have a cabinet from both parties? Why after somewhat distanting himself from the Clinton, except when he needed them for votes, is he now surrounding himself with Clinton people? Looks like more of the same...wasn't that what he pledged against. That if McCain was elected there would be more of the same? But now it looks like more of the same Clinton crap.
I was willing to give your man the benefit of the doubt but it looks as though he's a true politician. Say one thing to get elected and then immediately start back peddling on his word. I really did expect more.
Why did you expect him to keep his word on that when he didn't keep it on campaign finance? He outright lied about that, but the liberal media never called him on it.

I really did expect more. you didn't expect more or you would have voted for him. the fat that you still refer to him as Mr. Seaton's man rather than your own president says that what you see is because you do NOT want to see positive or give him an opportunity.
As for the people he chooses let's use a sports analogy. Phil Jackson was the coach of the LA Lakers. They dominated and won championships. He left the Lakers with the same cast of players. The floundered and embarrassed themselves. He came back adn they were one injury away from winning it all again. Point is, the players did NOT change. The leadership DID!
So lets see where a new leader giving a new direction will take us. He should pick the best talent available. Even though they are talented, they still need direction.
Any man woman or child left to himself will bring the parent (leader) to open shame.
@2:05 PM He was not called on a lot of stuff. Too bad Mr. McCain was unable to articulate these things. Media really gave Mr. Obama a pass on a lot of stuff. Heck, the media was doing all they could to help him. Think they really would call him on anything? All Obama had to do was say "8 years of failed Bush policies & hope, change, hope, change". No questions asked.
Witness: A.C. Traveler became a campaign wing for Obama. As well as many others did.
@9:51 AM "...tooting the same horn."
He has a point here. You can give your horn a rest. Obama won. Move on.
It seems quite evident to me that the youth in this area seem to be much more intelligent than their elders. Obama was elected. He has NOT taken over as president yet, and will not until January. Seems we should let the man get in office where he can actually DO something before we start bashing him for doing "more of the same".
I'll bet you did, but lets just see how the next 4 years play out and then come back and see if you are still tooting the same horn.
Well are you still tooting the same horn you did for Bush eight years ago???? WoW...I don't know very many people right now that can say they are better off today than they were 8 years ago...In my opinion he cannot disgrace, ruin, or abuse power the way our current "President" did!

If he DOES keep his word on most of his promises, we're in deep yogurt!
