Sounds like to me they are running from the Imagration Folks and moving employees to a more friendly state so they can keep paying cheap wages and bnot get fine by the gov for not using the Employee Verifacation Program
That's exactly what I was thinking. They should move their plant here, we LOVE illegal immigrants.
