There are two sides. The city employees who are not, for whatever reason, able to make the system work. And the slick salesman who has been making promises for who knows how many years. I am sure both sides are making things more difficult but am more concerned that it might cost more to fix the problem than replace it. Is the city going to tell us how much it cost to fix the problem (training, new programs, new equipment, whatever)?

There are 3 sides to every story. Yours, mine & God's. God is the only one Who knows BOTH sides.
