Robinson lawsuit

This is the second federal lawsuit for unfair workplace treatment filed against the city and essentially, against former public services director Gary Baugher, filed this year.

About the only thing the two sides seem to agree on here is that it should have never gotten to the point of a lawsuit and should have been resolved in the workplace. They just disagree on how it should have been resolved - hence the lawsuit.

It's down in the story but perhaps the most serious charge is made by the both sides that each one essentially lied, or fabricated, a document to prove their position.

I wonder if you went back in time?
If that city manager who quit didn't see some of those things in their early stages! Seems one of his first task (as I was told) was to restructure the job classification and pay grades/wage scales for City employees!
I wonder if that blame falls on alot of shoulders!
But, no doubt the City manager is the "Key".
The problem with long term relationships or a "Family run atmosphere" is that things run great until the friends or family disagree!

They are the ones who knows you best!

Just saw your breaking news.....
How can a city manager just give away our money. Massey has not been working that long. We don't owe him our tax dollars.
What is going on. They were conspiring to cover this up how many other city employees are in on it.

There were several city employees involved in Leach and Baugher being forced to resign! Thats why their was a pay off! we are missing the other side of the story!
