The faster the better.
what is going to happen to the people that have been ticketed while the limit was wrongly posted?
They should go to City hall and DEMAND that their tickets be erased from the record and they should get their money back.
posted speed is posted speed no matter if it is wrong! Drivers must follow the posted speed if you got a ticket it is your fault you did not pay attention to the signs.
When the signs change to slower sppeds so many times over such a short time period, it's obviously going to cause people to be in excess of the posted speed. How many times do you look at speed signs you have looked at a hundred times before? People get used to what the speed limit is and don't pay attention to the signs.
