Wingnut part II

A fellow journalist advises Hume on how to apologize for his proselytizing on a news show. And fellow proselytizers counter my dig at Hume, including this gem:

... Buddha isn't exactly a good role model since he is pictured as obese. What kind of message does that send ?

(How do you know he just didn't have a very slow metabolism?)

"Buddha & Mohammad are dead Jesus isn't."

Yeah, he lives down the street from me and works at Creekstone.

If you mean the bible guy, then yep, he's dead. As a doornail.

Jesus died on the cross. He is in the same place as Muhammad and Buddha right now.

Why does everything have to get back to religion. This is exactly
what the libs want us to do. fight among ourselves about what religion is right, then fight about what denomination is right. All the while, they pass legislation that takes away our liberties. We need to stop arguing with eachother and start arguing with the dems. Wake up!!!

Ray: What liberties have been taken away from you? Be specific.

The "body" of Jesus rose on the third day after His death. What does the Bible say is the "body" of Jesus??

Lets see. The government tells you what kind of gas you can put in your car. They dictate that your children have to be immunized before they can attend school. Your toilet can only use 1.6 liters to flush. If you want to build something on your own property, you have to build it according to the code. The government can take children away from parents at the blink of an eye. Immenant domain. Government can dictate to private establishments what they can and can not do in their own establishment. rediculous taxes for everything. I know that these things are small to the liberals, almost petty, but thats only because they have a utopian idea of the world. Please don't patronize me.
